Study on Construction of Faculty Team in Local Agricultural Colleges

教师队伍建设是高校人才工作的核心,是保证学校各项事业发展的重要智力资源。本文依据部分地方农业院校教师队伍建设的现状,分析比较了存在的共性问题及差异,从学校定位、发展路径、机制创新和理性认识等方面进行了探讨,提出了加强地方农业院校教师队伍建设的新思路。

The construction of faculty team is the core of human resources in the colleges and also the important intellectual resources to insure the development of all work.Based on the construction of faculty team in tocal agricultural colleges,this paper analyzes the commonness as well as differences by comparison among agricultural colleges and further discusses them from the view of the colleges＇ orientation,development path,innovation of the system and theoretical cognition,and then puts forward the new method of strengthening the construction of faculty team in the colleges.
