以人为本是科学发展观的本质与核心,在高校档案队伍建设、馆(室)藏内容建设及档案利用服务中坚持以人为本思想,对推进高校档案工作的不断发展具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
As the essence and core of the Scientific Development View,Human-Oriented Concept should be upheld in such fields as Constructions for archives personnel in higher institutions,archives enrichment and management,and archives utilization service,which is of both certain practical significance and far-reaching historical significance in promoting the archives work in colleges and universities.
