Determination of fleroxacin in tablets by fluorescence spectrophotometry

研究了荧光分光光度法测氟罗沙星片剂的含量，方法灵敏、准确、简便。荧光强度与氟罗沙星浓度在０．１～０．８μｇ／ｍｌ范围内呈良好的线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９９６），平均回收率为９８．９５％，ＲＳＤ为１．５０％。

The fluorescence spectrophotometry was studied for determining the content of fleroxacin in tablets. The method was simple, accurate and sensitive. The relationship of fluorescence intensity and concentration was linear in 0.1￣0.8μg/ml. The average recovery and relative standard deviation was 98.95% and 1.50% respectively.
