流态化预还原中白云石防止铁矿粉粘结机理的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对宝钢ORD-S矿粉进行流态化还原过程实验,研究添加剂对矿粉粘结的影响。发现高温富氢条件下,铁矿粉中加入白云石60 min后金属率达到71.07%,粘结指数只有16.26%,防止粘结的效果最好,最优的白云石量是铁矿粉的2%。白云石的催化-细化效应延长了还原时间,提高了金属化率,降低了粘结指数。 Studied the fluidization process of ORD-S concentrated iron ore of Baosteel to fred out the impact of addtions on adhesion problem for concentrated iron ore. This result shows that the dolomite has the best effect against adhesion when the condition is high-temperature and rich hydrogen. The ratio of metal reachs 71.07%, and the adhesion index is only 16.26% after 60 rain adding the dolomite 2% accounting for the whole of concentrated the iron ore. The catalysis-refinement effect of dolomite extends the reduction time, improves the ratio of metal and reduces the adhesion index.
