村镇水厂改造与工艺优化实践

Transformation and process optimization practice in village waterworks

以迳口水厂为例,介绍了在不实施扩建工程并确保出厂水水质的前提下,为实现村镇水厂增容所进行的技术改造和工艺优化。通过采取安装管式静态混合器、改进网格反应池、优化过滤等措施,水厂的供水能力从3000m3/d提高到5000m3/d,满足了供水区域内的用水量需求。同时,建立了应急预案,有效保障了水厂供水安全。

As an example,which to increase the capacity of the waterworks on the premise of ensuring water quality and without expansion,the process optimization and technical transformation were introduced.After installation of tube static mixer,improvement of grid reactor,optimization of filtration,etc.,the capacity of the waterworks increased from 3 000 m3/d to 5 000 m3/d,which could meet the requirement of water demand.Meanwhile emergency plan was determined to guarantee safety of water supply.
