摘要
本文对微波加热快速抽提茶叶中茶多酚分光光度法予以测定,与经典的沸水浴浸提法和回流抽提法相比较,测定结果符合,精度水平一致,操作简便,快速,适合于大批量样品分析。经F检验法及t检验法检验。
A method for rapid determination of tea polyphenols content in tea by microwave sample digestion spectrophotometric method is reported in this paper The method shows the advantages of simple operation,high analysis speed,better accuraly and precision over the traditional samle extraction method and suitable for lalrge batch analysis F-test and test prove that the method is reliable
