摘要
介绍了一种基于数字信号逻辑运算理论的低功耗三相无刷电机驱动控制器。调速PWM信号、换向逻辑、霍尔位置信号等输入信号经运算处理后,产生6路与电机换相顺序相对应的控制信号,用来控制三相全桥驱动电机负载。该驱动控制器具有静态电流小、输出电流大、抗干扰能力强、集成过流保护等特点,可广泛应用于三相电机控制、伺服电机驱动、万向节控制等领域。
Based on theory of digital signal logic operation, a low power drive controller circuit was designed for 3-phase brushless motor. PWM control wave, forward/reverse voltages and hall positioning signals were calculated to generate six channels of control signals corresponding to changing-phase sequence, to control 3-phase full-bridge drive motor. The drive controller features small quiescent current, large output current, cross conduction protection and insensitivity to useless signals, and it can find applications in 3-phase motor control, servo motor drive and gimbal control.
