摘要
以东台吉乃尔盐湖酸化析硼母液为原料,研究了异辛醇+异戊醇/磺化煤油为萃取体系从酸化析硼母液中萃取硼酸的试验,探讨了体积分数、酸度、相比和时间对萃取率和反萃取率的影响。在最佳工艺条件下,单级萃取率可达90%以上,经三级反萃后反萃取率达99%以上。由试验结果可知,混合醇的萃取率高于一元醇。
Taking boron mother liquor of acidified Dongtaijinaier salt lake brine as raw material, the experiment of extracting boric acid from the boron mother liquor of acidified brine in the extraction system of isooctanol + isopentanol/sulphonated kerosene was carried out. The influences of concentration, acidity, phase rate and time on the extraction rate and the back extraction rate were discussed respectively. Under the optimal experimental parameters, the singlestage extraction rate and the three-stage back extraction rate could reach over 90 % and 99 % respectively. It is shown that the extracting rate of mixed alcohols is better than the extracting rate of monobasic alcohol.
