摘要
在水泥混凝土中掺入适量橡胶粉制成橡胶水泥混凝土,能改善混凝土的韧性、抗冲击性能。本文采用分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB)试验技术对橡胶水泥混凝土抗冲击压缩性能进行了研究,得到橡胶水泥混凝土在不同应变率下的应力-应变曲线和韧性指数,分析讨论了橡胶粉粒径和掺量对混凝土动力性能的影响。
The Rubberized Portland Cement Concrete(RPCC) is prepared by adding proper rubber powder into cement concrete,and the rubber powder can improve the toughness and impact resistance of concrete.The performance of impact resistance of RPCC is studied by using the experimental technology of Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB).The stress-strain curve under different strain rates and toughness index are obtained for RPCC,and the influences of rubber powder particle sizes and dosage on dynamic properties of concrete are analyzed and discussed.
