合肥市超市售鸭肝主要微生物污染状况调查

摘要 采用国标法对合肥市2个超市销售的鸭肝共180份进行细菌总数、大肠菌群及4种常见食源性致病菌等微生物指标检测鉴定。结果表明:随机抽检的180份鸭肝中,菌落总数和大肠菌群的总超标率分别达32.2%和15.8%,沙门氏菌检出率为7.2%;金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为2.2%;志贺氏菌检出率为0.55%;肠出血性大肠杆菌O157∶H7未被检出。 Based on the criteria of national standards,180 samples from livestock products in Hefei 2 supermarkets were examined for aerobic bacterial count,Coliform bacteria and four categories of foodborne pathogens.The results showed that the overall positive rate of aerobic bacterial count and Coliform bacteria reached 32.2% and 15.8%,on 180 pieces of detected,samples on salmonella was 7.2%,Staphylococcus aureus was 2.2%,Shigella was 0.55%,E.oli O157∶H7 were not found in about 180 samples.
