大庆兴城火山岩气藏合理配产方法优化 被引量:3

RESEARCH ON PRODUCTION ALLOCATION METHODS FOR VOLCANIC GAS RESERVOIR IN DAQING XINGCHENG GAS FIELD

摘要 由于大庆兴城火山岩气藏低孔、低渗、低产能、平面差异严重以及试井测试资料较少,常规的合理配产确定方法应用较困难。从气井渗流理论出发,以二项式产能方程为基础,对气井渗流方程进行了分析研究,结合大庆兴城火山岩气藏具体情况,综合采用采气指示曲线法、节点分析曲线法和产量不稳定气井产能预测方法等,最后结合数值模拟结果和配产原则,确定了该区块的气井合理产能和配产指标。综合配产优化方法对生产数据依赖性小,减少了人为因素造成的配产不当和设计失误,克服了传统配产方法的不足,使配产和设计更具普遍意义。这些方法为开发方案的编制和实施提供了理论依据和技术支持,深化了,气藏工程的研究,可以推广应用于其他气藏或火山岩气藏。 Daqing Xingcheng Gas Field is a low porosity, low permeability volcanic rock reservoir with much areal productivity differences. For lack of well testing data, it is difficult to use conventional rational production aflocalion method to determine productivity. According to gas well flow theory, a gas well productivity equation is analyzed on the basis of binomial productivity equation. Gas production index curve, nodal analysis curve and productivity prediction of gas well with output fluctuation are integrated combining with numerical simulation and reasonable production allocation principle to determine the rational productivity and allocation indexes for gas wells in this area. The integrated production allocation optimization method changes the status of little dependence on production data, reduces improper production allocation and design mistakes caused by human factors, and compensated for the lack of conventional production allocation methods, thus the production allocation and design has more universal significance. These methods provide a theoretical basis and technical support for preparation and implementation ofdevelopment plan, deepening the research on gas reservoir engineering, and can be popularized and applied to other gas reservoirs or volcanic gas reservoirs.
