摘要
作为重要的功能层,下封层沥青路面的结构整体性和长期性能有重要影响。主要系统总结了江苏省下封层结构的发展历程,分析了适应于路面结构形式的下封层功能定位,对江苏省高速公路不同基层结构、不同下封层材料和型式进行了试验研究,通过室内外物理力学性能试验评价方法,提出了沥青下封层采用材料、选择指标及合适的结构型式。
As a part layer of roadbase, the sub - enveloped |ayer is quite influential to the total structural integrity and service life of pavememt sureface, recentily a new technology of bitumen sub - envelop roadbase layer developed in Jiangsu province are summarized, and the performance function of this layer was analyzed relative to highway structure. Experimental researches were done with variable types of roadbase constructed by different sub - envelope layer asphalt materials. By the lab and field physical and mechanical tests, evaluation has been done to select appropriate materials, rut index choices and sturcture layer types for bituminous material roadbase layer were put forward.
