摘要
根据臭氧(O3)氧化不饱和烯烃化合物分解生成醛酮的特点,对臭氧氧化肉桂油和八角茴香油进行研究.实验结果表明,肉桂油臭氧化后得到高得率的具有天然特征的苯甲醛,八角茴香油臭氧化后生成高价值的茴香醛.
A study on cinnamon oils and star anise oils by ozone oxidation based on ozone oxidizing unsaturated olefines compounds to produced aldehyde ketones.The experimental effects were showed that cinnamon oils can be ozonized to produce natural benzaldehyde in high yield,star anise oils can be ozonized to produce high value anisaldehyde.
