摘要
目的观察增液承气汤加减治疗帕金森病便秘的临床疗效。方法66例帕金森病便秘患者随机分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(30例),分别以增液承气汤加减及麻仁丸治疗,疗程1个月。观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.44%,对照组为60.00%(P<0.01)。结论增液承气汤加减治疗帕金森病便秘有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified ＂Zengye Chengqi Decoction＂ in the treatment of constipation in Parkinson＇s disease. Methods Sixty-six patients with constipation in Parkinson＇s disease were randomized into treatment group and control group,and then treated respectively with modified ＂Zengye Chengqi Decoction＂ and ＂Maren Pills＂ ,with a course of one month. The clinical efficacy was observed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 94.44% in the treatment group and 60.00% in the control group,with a difference between them（P0.01）. Conclusion Modified ＂Zengye Chengqi Decoction＂ is quite effective for constipation in Parkinson＇s disease.
