摘要
目的探讨羚蝎胶囊治疗缺血性中风的作用机制。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、羚蝎胶囊组。采用穿线法阻断大脑中动脉(MCAO)复制大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,假手术组不予插线。手术前7天及术后24h内,羚蝎胶囊组灌喂羚蝎胶囊混悬液,其余两组分别灌喂0.9%的NaCl溶液。术后24h取材,检测脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果与模型组相比,羚蝎胶囊组的SOD水平明显升高,MDA水平显著下降,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羚蝎胶囊可保护脑组织缺血再灌注后引发的自由基损伤,其作用可能与减轻缺血再灌注后脑组织的损害有关。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of "Lingxie Capsule" in the treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into sham group,model group and treatment group. Middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) by threading was used to duplicate cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model in rats. Seven days before surgery and 24 hous after surgery,the treatment group was fed the suspension of "Lingxie Capsule" ,and the other two groups were given 0.9% normal saline. Twenty-four hours later,the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in brain tissue were detected. Results Compared with model group,the content of SOD was higher and the content of MDA was lower in the treatment group(P0.05). Conclusion "Lingxie Capsule" can reduce free radicals to protect the brain tissue after ischemia-reperfusion.
