对新型两性表面活性剂Ｎ－（３－十二烷氧基－２－羟基丙基）－Ｎ，Ｎ－二甲基甘氨酸甜菜碱的表面化学性能进行了研究，测定了其表面张力，临界胶束浓度（ｃｍｃ）、起泡力、润湿力、钙皂分散力及增溶能力．

The synthesis and surface properties of N-(3-dodecoxyl-2-hydroxypropyl)-N,N-dimetylglycine betaine were investigated,the surface tension,the critical micelle concentration,the foaming power,the wetting power,the lime soap dispering power and solubilizing power were determined.
