摘要 面向产品快速设计系统的研究和开发以及快速设计技术的实际应用,给出了产品快速设计系统中的自动装配设计的定义,对实现产品自动装配的机理-尺寸驱动关联、几何驱动关联、逻辑关联、装配配对关联、产品系统框架驱动关联等进行了研究,对如何开发产品装配模板库进行了探讨,对产品快速设计系统中如何基于产品装配设计模板库实现产品快速设计的流程的各阶段进行了分析和描述,对产品快速设计系统开发时如何开发产品自动装配设计模板进行了较为深入地阐述。 For development and practical application of product rapid design systems,the definition of atuomatic assembly design in a rapid design system is presented.The mechanism of product automatic assembly design of dimension driving linkage,geometic driving linkage,logic driving linkage,assembly match linkage,product system frame driving linkage etc is studied.A method for developing assembly template warehouse of a product is given.The stages of the rapid design process based on product assembly template warehouse are analyzed and described.A method for building automatic assembly design template for a rapid design system is also given.
