户外机件用软膜防锈油的研制

Study on Preparation of Soft Film Antirust Oil for Outdoor Machinery

针对大型机件在户外露天防锈过程中，传统方法所采用的硬膜防锈油所存在的干燥时间长、油膜厚、不易涂覆等问题，研制了一种软膜防锈油．对多种防锈添加剂、成膜剂、基础油进行筛选试验及配方最优化试验，并对其研制原理依据及防锈机理进行探讨，所研制的ＧＦ型软膜防锈油具有手感柔软、色泽浅亮、溶剂挥发少等特点，户外防锈时间≥０．５ａ，室内封存防锈时间≥２ａ．

This paper intends to solve the problems of dryness time slow,thin coating thick,spread difficulty caused by tranditional hard film antirust oil used in outdoor store of machinery by introducing a new kind of oilsoft film antirust oil.Screening tests are made on several kinds of anticorrosive additives film forming agents,base oils and optimum experiment on dispensation is made,anticorrosive mechanism is studied.This new GF soft film antirust oil has soft handle feeling,light brighteness and low volatility.Effect lasts half a year for outdoor use and two year for indoor use.
