甘蔗渣MSS-AQ与AS-AQ的制浆比较

Comparison of Bagasse Pulping with MSSAQ and ASAQ

以甘蔗渣为原料，探索了少量硫化钠－亚硫酸钠－蒽醌法（ＭＳＳＡＱ）蒸煮的最佳工艺条件，并与ＡＳＡＱ法制浆作了比较．结果表明：ＭＳＳＡＱ是一种得率高，硬度低，成浆色浅，可漂性好的制浆方法．其成纸后的各项物理强度均优于ＡＳＡＱ浆．ＭＳＳＡＱ蒸煮的最佳工艺条件为：Ｎａ２Ｓ２．２２％（对绝干原料），Ｎａ２ＳＯ３２０％，ＮａＯＨ３％，ＡＱ０．１％，液比１∶４，最高温度１６５℃，升温１２０ｍｉｎ，保温９０ｍｉｎ．

Mini-sulfide-sulfite-anthraquinone (MSSAQ) pulping of bagasse was investigated in this paper. The optimal conditions were: Na 2S 2.22%,Na 2SO 3 20%, NaOH 3%, T max =165℃, liquidratio 1∶4, whole cooking time 3.5 h,maintain temperature 1.5 h.Compared with ASAQ,Kappanumber of MSSAQ pulp was lower and color was lighter.esides,the strength of MSSAQ pulp was higher than ASAQ pulp.
