摘要
科学奖励评价的普遍主义和社会建构主义两种理论范式在哲学理念、理论基础和具体观点上长期存在分歧。学界对两种科学奖励评价的超越努力往往因它们巨大的理论分歧而收效甚微。换位评价从新的视角来思考科学奖励评价,既具有评价的多元性、动态性,也是对以往定性评价哲学理念的超越,不失为对普遍主义和社会建构主义科学奖励评价的一种合理超越视角。
Science reward appraisal paradigms of universalism and social constructivism have many differences in philosophy idea,theoretical basis and viewpoint long-term.Academic circles often have little achievement in transcending two science reward appraisal paradigms because of their theory model＇s huge difference.The conversion appraisal considers science reward appraisal from a new perspective,it appraises multi-dimensional and dynamic,but also transcends formerly qualitative appraisal philosophy idea,after all,it is a reasonable perspective in transcending the universalism and the social constructivism appraisal paradigms.
