摘要
利用旋转甩涂法在钾(K^+)离子交换玻璃光波导(Optical Waveguide,OWG)表面制备过氧聚钨酸(PTA)-甲基绿(MG)复合薄膜,研制了PTA-MG膜/K^+交换玻璃光波导二甲苯蒸汽传感元件。该元件对二甲苯蒸汽具有一定的选择性响应和较高的灵敏度,是有响应恢复速度快、可逆性好等特点。
A xylene vapor sensing device based on planar optical waveguide (OWG) sensor was fabricated by using peroxopolytungstic acid-methyl green ( PTA - MG) composite thin film immobilized over a K^+ -exchanged glass OWG by spin-coating method. The sensor showed considerable selectivity to the xylene vapor, and has some unique qualities which can be characterized as short response time, higher sensitivity and reversibility.
