摘要 为提高压磁式应力测量方法的实用性和测量精度,设计了一种用单片机控制的压磁式应力测量仪。首先论述了这种应力测量仪及其传感器的基本结构与工作原理,然后通过试验分析了这种测量仪的可行性。最后进行了实测试验,并对其非线性误差、重复性误差以及灵敏度进行了分析。实测结果表明:这种应力测量仪具有结构简单,使用方便,测量精度和灵敏度较高等特点。 In order to enhance the accuracy and the practicability of magnetic pressure stress measuring method, this paper designed a magnetoelastic stress measuring instrument which was controlled by single-chip computer. The basic structure and working principle of this stress measuring instrument and its sensor was introduced, and then the feasibility of the measuring instrument was analyzed through the test. Its non-linear error, repetitiveness error and sensitivity were analyzed by the actual experimental test. Test results show that the stress measuring instrument is simple in structure, easy to use, it has high accuracy and sensitivity.
