摘要 GF-150D定速摩擦试验机的测试系统存在下列不足:不能模拟火车闸片实际运行的匀加速、变加速工况,不能方便地存储摩擦性能参数的动态瞬时值,元器件的老化导致系统不稳定。因此,利用LabVIEW设计并实现了一种新型的高速列车闸片性能参数的检测系统,该系统利用PCI-9111数据采集卡完成动态信号实时采集,利用边界检测评定闸片性能的稳定性,利用LabSQL访问Access数据库并存储数据等,有效地弥补了原系统的不足。同时,软硬件的抗干扰措施保证了系统的精度。 The detection system of the GF - 150D constant speed friction experiment machine has following deficiency. It cannot simulate actual train brake working condition include constant acceleration and variable acceleration, cannot store the instantaneous friction performance parameters value conveniently and the used component leads to system instability. Therefore, this paper designed and realized a new type of high-speed train brake performance parameters of the detection system based on LabVIEW, which used ADLINK PCI- 9111 acquisition card to complete dynamic signal real-time acquisition, used boundary detection appraise brake stability, used LabSQL visit Access database and store the data and so on. And it makes up for the previous shortcomings effectively. Meanwhile, the anti-interference measures of the hardware and the software ensure the accuracy of the system.
