摘要
介绍了以集成电路SG1731作为核心元件构成的IGBT-PWM直流调速系统的组成和工作原理。该系统由SG1731输出脉宽调制方波,采用4支IGBT构成H型供电电路,转速反馈环节由直流测速发电机构成。PWM专用集成电路的调制频率可以整定得非常高,实际使用中通常整定为2 kHz左右。这样高频率的PWM波,经直流电机电枢电感过滤后,电枢电流是脉动很小的直流电流。系统采用PI调节器,控制精度高,响应快。
This paper introduced the composition and working principle of IGBT- PWM DC speed control system based on SG1731. This system adopted SG1731 to export the PWM wave, used four IGBT to compose the H-type supply circuit and the DC tacho-generator to compose the speed feedback loop. The modulation frequency of dedicated PWM IC can be setting to very high and it is usually set to about 2 kHz, The PWM wave with so high frequency is filtered by the induction of the dc motor, so the armature current is direct current with little pulsation. The system adopts PI modulator regulator, it has high control precision and quick responding.
