基层外币反假工作边缘化趋势应予关注

The Grass-roots Foreign Currency Anti-counterfeit Marginalized Trend should be Concerned About

反假币是人民银行的重要职能之一。相对于人民币反假,基层外币反假工作困难更大。本文通过分析基层外币反假工作的必要性和紧迫性,指出当前外币反假工作存在的主要问题,试图从理念、法规定位、联动机制、投入及国际交流五个角度破解当前基层外币反假工作边缘化的问题。

Anti-counterfeit currency is one of the important function of PBC. But compared with anticounterfeit yuan, the task of grass-roots foreign currency anti-counterfeit is more difficult. The thesis analyzes the necessity and urgency of it and points out that the main problems of it. Then tries to sort out the prob- lem of marginalized trend from five aspects as philosophy innovation, legislation location, linkage mechanism, grass-roots input and international communication.
