摘要
目的:研究百部碱对德国小蠊体内酯酶活性的影响。方法:采用酯酶活性测定方法,对施用百部碱后6小时内4种酯酶的活性进行测定。结果:施用百部碱后,羧酸酯酶和碱性磷酸酯酶的活性逐步下降,至第3小时降到最低,然后逐步回升,第6小时羧酸酯酶活性升高到接近对照组水平,碱性磷酸酯酶活性升高到对照组水平。乙酰胆碱酯酶和酸性磷酸酯酶的活性基本上无变化。结论:百部碱对德国小蠊体内羧酸酯酶和碱性磷酸酯酶活性有抑制作用,对乙酰胆碱酯酶和酸性磷酸酯酶活性基本无影响。
After stemonine have being used to the adults of Blattella germanica,the activities of four kinds of esterase were detected within six hours.The results showed that the activities of carboxylesterase and alkalinephosphatase,with the prolonging of time,decreased gradually.To the third hour,the activities of these two enzymes decreased to the lowest point,after that,the activities of these two enzymes rised gradually.To the sixth hour,the activities of carboxylesterase approached the level of that of the control group,the activities of alkalinephosphatase reached the level of that of the control group.The activities of AChE and acidphosphatase basically did not change.This indicated that stemonine can inhibit the activities of carboxylesterase and alkalinephosphatase.
