摘要
双歧杆菌对维持机体正常微生态平衡具有重要作用。本文研究了长双歧杆菌对大肠癌细胞cL187内第二信使cAMP、cGMP浓度的影响,对长双歧杆菌的对数期培养物分别进行下列处理:活菌、死菌、代谢产物作用ccL187细胞2小时后分别收集cL187细胞内的cAMP、cGMP浓度。实验表明长双歧杆菌的不同状态及代谢产物对cAMP、cGMP产生显著影响,且存在时间依赖关系,三种处理作用cL187细胞内的cAMP值分别为19205±1151nmol/L、13708±1003nmol/L、28988±123nmol/L,与对照相比表现出有意义的增高,cGMP浓度变化不明显。结果提示长双歧杆菌及其代谢产物参与ccL187细胞内的信息传递过程,且具有一定的协同作用。植物血凝素(PHA)对cL187细胞表面神经节苷脂的封闭显示cAMP的有意义变化,结果提示双歧杆菌对cl187细胞cAMP可能是通过作用于细胞神经节苷脂受体而发挥作用的。
This report presents the studies on level of cAMP、cGMP effected Bifidobacterium.Longum in colon cancer cell lines.It was shown that different situation Bifidobacterium could stimulate colon cancer cell lines to produce high level cAMP,which was a massage angel effecting glucose metabolism,and there was a time-dependent manner.Although supernatants were more effective than Bifidobalterium.Longum itself among three kinds different treatment.Bifidobacterium.Longum shows regulation activity.Level of cycli cAMP dropped after cell membrane surface with PHA,it indicated that there was a receptor of Bifidobacterium.longum in the colon cancer cell surface,which could be ganglioside.
