摘要
阐述了实验教学在运动控制课程教学中的重要地位,指出了紧随技术进步的教学实验装置将有助于学生对所学知识的理解和创新能力的培养。设计实现了基于DSP(digital signal processor)的新型运动控制实验装置,包括功率箱、主控箱、电源箱等部分,详细介绍了各部分的结构、功能和特点。以高性能的异步电机的直接转矩控制为例,研究了它的基本原理,并以该实验装置为平台进行了设计性实验,编写了DSP程序,给出了相应的程序流程图,得到了正确的磁链波形,验证了该实验装置的优良性能。
Experiment teaching plays an important role in motion control teaching,and the experiment equipment which follows technological progress will help students learn the knowledge and cultivate innovation ability.A new experiment equipment of motion control based on DSP is designed and implemented,including power part,control part,power supply part and some other parts,and its structure,functions and characteristics are described in detail.Finally,the direct torque control method which is a high-performance control method of induction motor is made as an example of designed experiment using the laboratory equipment,and its theories are researched.Program working on DSP is compiled before this method is performed on the bench;the corresponding program flow charts are given.Getting the correct flux waveforms verifies the excellent performance of the experiment equipment.
