Construction and management for open laboratory in colleges and universities

高校开放实验室打破以往实验室的封闭状态,实行一定条件下的资源共享,但仍存在仪器设备的使用率低、学生创新能力受到限制、管理和运行上的不规范、缺少相对独立的经费支持等问题。实验室开放的具体模式可分为教学实验项目开放型、自选研究课题型、学生参与科研科活动型3种。在开放实验室的运行中,应实行全面开放的实验教学模式,积极鼓励创新性实验,支持学生做设计性、研究性实验和校外科技开发。

Open laboratory breaks the closed status of traditional laboratory.The resources under certain condition can be shared.At present,there exist some problems in the course of open laboratory operation,such as low utilization rate of instruments and equipment,limited innovation ability,nonstandard management and operation,and the lacks of corresponding funds in support of the new type experiment.Comprehensively speaking,there are three modes for open laboratory,including the type of teaching experimental program,optional research subject,and scientific research with learners as participants.In the progress of the open laboratory＇s operation,the open experimental teaching mode should be carried out,the innovative experiment should be encouraged,the research experiments and technological development should be supported.
