摘要
用等温法测定了25℃时NH4H2PO4-(NH4)2SO4-NH4Cl-H2O体系的溶解度,绘制了该体系在25℃下的等温干基相图。研究结果表明:该体系有三个单盐结晶区,其中NH4H2PO4结晶区最大,根据溶解度数据和相图,可以通过控制液相中三种物质的质量比和溶液中水含量的方法提高NH4H2PO4的品质,为工业化生产提供一定的理论基础。
The solubility data of the mutual quaternary system of NH4H2PO4-(NH4)2SO4-NH4Cl-H2Oare determined at 25℃ by means of isotherm. The phase diagram (no water)of the system at 25℃ is drawed. The result shows that three kinds of single crystal are contained in the system. The crystallization area of NH4H2PO4 is the biggest of all. It can improve the quality of NH4 H2 PO4 by means of controlling the weight ratio and the quantity water. This will provide some elementary theories for industrial production.
