攀钢含钛高炉渣中钛组分的提取及综合利用进展 被引量:15

摘要 自20世纪70年代以来,攀钢炼铁产生了大量的含钛高炉渣,其TiO2含量达20%~29%,目前仍以每年300万吨的速度增加,是我国特有的二次钛资源。长期以来,许多学者和工程技术人员对其中钛的提取及其综合利用进行了大量的探索研究,虽然取得了一些进展,但或由于技术困难、经济效益差,或造成二次污染等原因难以实现工业化利用。这些宝贵资源不仅未得到利用,而且由于大量堆积还严重污染环境。因此,研究含钛高炉渣的综合利用不仅具有极大的经济效益,而且对于循环经济、节约型社会、环境保护和可持续发展具有重大的社会效益。本文总结分析了近年来攀钢含钛高炉渣综合利用研究方面取得的一些进展和存在的主要问题,提出了今后研究的主要方向,不断推动实现攀钢含钛高炉渣的真正利用。 Since the 1970's, the Panzhihua blast furnace has generated lots of titanium-bearing slag, which contain TiO2 of 20% - 29%. It is the unique second titanium resources in China, and is still increasing by 3 million-tons per year. For a long time, many scholars and engineers have made great efforts for the extraction of titanium and comprehensive utilization of Ti-bearing Blast Furnace Slag. Despite some progresses, it is difficult to achieve industrial application for because of the technical difficulties, poor cost-effectiveness, secondary pollution and other factors. These valuable resources not only have not been utilized, but also severely pollute the environment. Therefore, the study on comprehensive utilization of titaniumbearing BF slag not only has great economic benefits, but also has significant social benefits for circular economy, conservation-minded society, environmental protection and sustainable development. This paper summarizes the progresses and major problems of the comprehensive utilization of Panzhihua Iron and Steel titanium-bearing BF slag, and puts forward the main direction for future research, which will constantly promote and realize the comprehensive utilization of Panzhihua Iron and Steel titanium-bearing slag.
