契约论视角下转型期我国农村群体性突发事件的原因与防范

On Cause and Prevention for Rural Group Emergency Events in China during Transitional Period in the View of Contracts

当前我国处于经济发展,社会转轨的关键阶段,各种直接关系到国计民生和社会稳定的人民内部矛盾已初现端倪,处理不当就有诱发社会危机的可能。农村群体性突发事件作为社会公共危机的一种表现形式,从根本上讲是不同社会系统、阶层、区域间的不和谐农村各种利益主体矛盾未能及时协调和控制所导致的危机和必然结果。它的出现给社会带来消极影响的同时,也给社会带来积极的导向作用。从契约论的思考角度出发,从环境转型、沟通变异和利益异化三个层面分析农村群体性突发事件的成因,并积极探索防范农村群体性突发事件的对策措施。

Currently, China is in economic development and social transitional period and all kinds of internal conflicts between people which are directly related to national development and people＇ s living and social stability emerge and can cause social crisis if the conflicts are not well treated. Rural group emergency events, as a behavior of social public crisis, are inevitable results of the conflicts between all kinds of inharmonious benefit subjects among different social systems, stratums and regions which are not coordinated and controlled in time. The events bring both negative influence to the society and the positive guidance to the society. From the angle of contract theory, this paper analyzes the cause for rural group emergency events from environmental transition, communicative change and benefit dissimilation and actively explores the countermeasures for preventing rural group emergency events.
