摘要
科技诚信体系是一个庞大的社会系统工程,需要把各种与科技诚信相关的社会力量和制度有机地组合起来,共同促进科技诚信的完善和发展,制约和惩罚科技失信行为,以促进科技产业又好又快发展。
Technological honesty system is a huge social systematic engineering, and China should organically combine all kinds of social capacity related to technology honesty system with institutions to mutually promote the perfection and development of technological honesty system, restrict and punish the behaviors for breaking the faith of science and technology to propel good and rapid development of technological industry.
