注射器金属棒磁力搅拌稀释法的建立

摘要 我们使用注射器装入灭菌金属小棒吸取标本后在磁力搅拌器上连续搅拌稀释,建立此法用于标本定量分析,经注射器内残留液及稀释液测定其总体误差为0208~2346%,并经测试证实一次性塑料注射器较玻璃注射器更为精确。并对用注射器滴于平板培养基的液量进行测定,其7号针头,2ml注射器一滴液量为10ul左右。 We established a serial dilution method in quantitative bacterial culture by inserting a small metallic stick into an injector and continuously stirring in a magnetic mixer,This new method was applied to the specimen quantitative analysis.The results showed that its total error was 0 208~2 346% through determination of both relic solution and diluted solution in injector.Also,it was noted that plastic injector was more accurate than glass one in quantitative bacterial analysis,and we found that a drop volume from a 2 ml injector with syringe needle No 7 was about 10μl. Thus,this method can be applied to the quantitative bacterial culture in various specimens.
