摘要
分别对缙云县壶镇、姓汪、新建3个监测点克氏原螯虾的鳃、肌肉和内脏中总砷、甲基汞、Pb、Cd、Cr 5种重金属进行分析,从而研究所选监测点的克氏原螯虾体内总砷、甲基汞、Pb、Cd、Cr 5种重金属富集、分布规律,同时对处于不同生长时期的克氏原螯虾体内的重金属富集情况进行分析研究。
As, methyl mercury,Pb, Cd, Cr in branchial, muscle and pertenance of the red swamp crawfish were analysed. Samples were from Huzhen,Xingwang and Xinjian of Jinyun County. The characteristics of the enrichment of As, methyl mercury, Pb, Cd, Cr in red swamp crawfishi of differernt stages was also investigated.
