On Necessity and Basic Principle in Building Lishui as City in Forest

丽水是浙江省最大的林区市、全国南方重点林区市之一,森林覆盖率80.8%。从丽水创建森林城市是生态文明建设、城市科学发展、人民生活水平提高、增加城市综合竞争力的需要出发,提出了丽水创建森林城市的基本理念、基本要求和要处理的基本关系。

Lishui is the biggest forest region in Zhejiang Province,and one of the important forest regions in south China with the 80.8% forest cover. The paper put forward the basic concept,demands and relations in building Lishui as a city in forest from the necessity of building the ecological civilization,the urban development scientifically, increasing people＇s living level and the urban competitive power.
