陶瓷雕塑的产生是对传统陶瓷艺术精华的继承,在雕塑艺术中占有显著的地位,它的表现手法,可概括为2个方面,即成型手法和装饰手法。成型手法,主要是指手工成型与模制成型。手工成型就是直接用手作用于陶瓷雕塑坯,对陶瓷雕塑坯进行体形塑造、肌理表现等,其中包括盘泥条成型,泥板成型,泥条、泥板结合成型;模制成型则是利用模具直接制出空膛坯胎,然后进行再塑造处理。
