摘要
中国学前教育政策的不断变革反映了中国学前教育的发展历程。中国学前教育政策发展历史可划分为解放前(1903年-1949年)、解放初至“文革”前(1950年-1965年)和改革开放初至今(1978年至今)三个时期,其中解放前又可分为清末(1903年-1911年)、民国(1912年-1949年)以及时间上与民国并行的老解放区(1927年-1949年)三个阶段。在不同的历史条件与背景下,各个阶段的学前教育政策各有其不同特点。
The constant changes of China's pre-school education policies have reflected the course of development of China's pre-school education. History of pre-sehool education policy development in China can be divided into the pre-liberation period (1903 -1949),the period between the early liberation and the "Cultural Revolution" (1950 -1965) and the period from the beginning of reforms and opening up to the present days (1978-present). Among them the pre-liberation period can be correspondingly divided into late Qing Dynasty (1903 -1911), the Republic of China (1912 -1949)and the old liberated areas in parallel with the Republic of China (1927 -1949), pre-school education policies in various stages have their own characteristics in different historical conditions and backgrounds.
