On China’s Pre-school Education Policies in Different Historical Periods

中国学前教育政策的不断变革反映了中国学前教育的发展历程。中国学前教育政策发展历史可划分为解放前（1903年-1949年）、解放初至“文革”前（1950年-1965年）和改革开放初至今（1978年至今）三个时期，其中解放前又可分为清末（1903年-1911年）、民国（1912年-1949年）以及时间上与民国并行的老解放区（1927年-1949年）三个阶段。在不同的历史条件与背景下，各个阶段的学前教育政策各有其不同特点。

The constant changes of China＇s pre-school education policies have reflected the course of development of China＇s pre-school education. History of pre-sehool education policy development in China can be divided into the pre-liberation period （1903 -1949）,the period between the early liberation and the ＂Cultural Revolution＂ （1950 -1965） and the period from the beginning of reforms and opening up to the present days （1978-present）. Among them the pre-liberation period can be correspondingly divided into late Qing Dynasty （1903 -1911）, the Republic of China （1912 -1949）and the old liberated areas in parallel with the Republic of China （1927 -1949）, pre-school education policies in various stages have their own characteristics in different historical conditions and backgrounds.
