三国时期，妇女发挥了积极的社会作用，表现在妇女可以参政、可以参与治军、从事农业生产以及倡导健康的社会风尚等方面。究其原因，主要是因为长期战争影响、佛道教对儒家思想的冲击，以及妇女在婚姻地位上发生变化等。
