摘要
本研究通过对两种类型饲料的比较,发现同传统的干烤鼠料相比,膨化过程在对饲料做熟化、膨松处理以提高适口性的同时,还兼有一定的灭菌作用;此外,膨化时短时间高温高压对饲料中不稳定养分—维生素类破坏作用弱。膨化料比干烤鼠料硬、不易破碎,浪费少。用膨化料饲喂生长、繁殖实验小鼠,也获得了同干烤鼠料相同的饲喂效果。因此认为膨化料不仅适用于实验犬、猴。
By making a comparison between the two kinds of diet, we find that expanded diets contain less bacteria and more vitamins than the traditional baking mouse diets after they are manufactured. In animal test, the two kinds of diet have the same feeding effects when they are fed to growing and reproductive mice. So we think expanded diets are more suitable diets to laboratory mice than the traditional baking ores.
