随着时代的进步及医疗服务市场的激烈竞争,医院为了更好地履行宗旨与职责,使医疗服务自动化水平的不断提高,都进行精确的成本资料核算、分析、控制、监督。通过对当前医疗成本控制过程中所引发的伦理问题的研究,寻求一种在进行医疗服务成本控制时,符合伦理要求及道德规范的模式,达到有效的医疗服务成本控制。

With the progress of the time and,fierce competition of medical services market,in order to carry out the purposes and functions better in hospitals,make continuously improving of the automation level of health care services.the hospitals always conduct the accurate accounting,analysis,control and oversight of cost data.By studying on the ethic issues which is caused by the process of medical cost control,to find a kind of moral model which measure up the ethics which the hospital is conducting the cost control,in order to make the medical service cost control much more effiently.
