Establishment of rat model of female stress urinary incontinence

摘要 目的:通过模拟第二产程延长和女性绝经建立女性压力性尿失禁大鼠模型,探讨第二产程延长和女性绝经对压力性尿失禁的影响。方法:40只13周龄健康Wistar雌性大鼠,随机分为四组,Ⅰ组为对照组(10只),正常分娩;Ⅱ组为模拟产伤(10只);Ⅲ组为模拟绝经(10只);Ⅳ组为模拟产伤和绝经2个因素(10只)。于不同时间测定各组ALPP。结果:1周后,四组ALPP值分别为(49.99±2.67)mm Hg、(23.91±2.74)mm Hg、(50.40±2.42)mm Hg和(23.42±3.27)mm Hg;第16周,四组ALPP分别为(48.50±3.51)mm Hg、(30.75±3.82)mm Hg、(27.04±5.24)mm Hg和(22.67±3.17)mm Hg。结论:产后大鼠模拟产伤和绝经均可获得尿失禁模型,且2个因素作用较单一因素作用ALPP下降更为明显,但在恢复的不同阶段,不同原因所致的ALPP改变会因建模时间不同而有所差异。 Objective:To establish the rat model of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI) through imitating the birth trauma and menopause,and approach the influence of above mentioned factors in SUI. Methods:Forty 13-week female Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups,group Ⅰ (10 rats) was control group,group Ⅱ (10 rats) was colpectasis group,group Ⅲ (10 rats) was double-ovariectomy group,group Ⅳ (10 rats) was group Ⅱ+group Ⅲ. Results:After one week,the values of abdominal leak point pressure (ALPP) of four groups were (49.99±2.67) mm Hg,(23.91±2.74) mm Hg,(50.40±2.42) mm Hg and (23.42±3.27) mm Hg respectively. After 16 weeks,the ALPP of four groups were (48.50±3.51) mm Hg,(30.75±3.82) mm Hg,(27.04±5.24) mm Hg and (22.67±3.17) mm Hg respectively. Conclusion:Both imitating birth trauma and menopause can establish the rat model of female stress urinary incontinence successfully. The two factors can make the ALPP more lower than any one alone. ALPP may change in different stages of recovery for different causes and when the model is established.
