78例外阴白色病变治疗的临床分析

Clinical study on treatment of 78 patients with white lesions of vulva

目的:探讨中药联合激光+维生素B12+竹红菌素治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法:将我院2001～2005年收治的78例外阴白色病变患者随机分为观察组(48例)和对照组(30例)。对照组采用激光+维生素B12+竹红菌素局部治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药局部治疗。并根据两组治疗结果进行临床疗效分析。结果:总有效率观察组为100.0%,对照组为86.7%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);复发率观察组为10.4%,对照组为23.3%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药联合激光+维生素B12+竹红菌素局部外敷治疗外阴白色病变效果显著,值得临床应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of combined with laser＋VitB12＋Hypocrellin on treatment of white lesions of vulva. Methods：78 cases of patients with white lesions of vulva who were treated from 2001 to 2005 in our hospital were divided into observation group （48 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The control group were treated with laser＋ VitB12＋Hypocrellin,but also combined with Traditional Chinese Medicines in the observation group. And the clinical efficacy was evaluated based on the treatment outcomes of two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 100.0% in the observation group,but 86.7% in the control group,there was a significant difference （P〈0.01）. The recurrence rate was 10.4% in the observation group and 23.3% in the control group,there was a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicines combined with laser＋VitB12＋Hypocrellin is significant to treat white lesions of vulva,It＇s worth of clinical use.
