摘要
目的调查大学生的焦虑状况、应付方式、防御方式的特点,并探讨焦虑与应付方式、防御方式的关系。方法用焦虑自评量表、应付方式问卷、防御方式量表作为测量工具对1615名大学生进行调查。结果第一,大学生焦虑症状检出率为32.7%,其中轻度焦虑的大学生占30.3%,中度焦虑的占2.2%,重度焦虑的占0.2%;第二,大学生在问题解决应对因子上的平均分得分最高,其次是求助方式;第三,大学生在成熟因子上得分最高,其次是中间型,再次是不成熟型;第四,大学生焦虑与应付方式、防御方式存在着显著的相关。结论对大学生进行应付方式、防御方式的教育有利于减轻大学生的焦虑。
Objective: To analyze the relation among anxiety, coping style and defense style of university students. Methods: 1615 university students were measured by self- reported anxiety scale, coping style scale and defense style scale. Results: 1. The rate of anxiety is 32. 7%. In all the cases, the rate of light anxiety is30. 3% , the middle anxiety is 2, 2 96 , the serious anxiety is 0.2% ; 2. As for the coping scale, the highest average score is about problem -solving factor, the second one is asking for help; 3. The highest score is about mature defense, the second one is middle defense, and the third one is immature type; 4. Anxiety of university students' has significant relationship with coping style and defense style. Conclusion: The education of coping style and defence style is helpful to relieve students' anxiety.
