摘要
本文报道荔枝红色素的提取、性质及利用荔枝红色素与NH_4^(+)在常温盐酸介质中的灵敏褪色反应测定痕量NH_4^(+)的新方法。该法工作曲线的回归方程:log(A_o/A_i)=0.04575+1.007×10^(-3)C_(NH)+(ng/mL), γ=0.9999,线量范围:20~80ng/mL,检出限:5.00ng/mL,峰值ε=1.8×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。用于水样中NH_4^(+)含量分析,结果满意。
A new spectrophotometry method was developed for determination of trace NU+ based on the highly sensitive decolorizing reaction of Litchi Chinese Red Pigment in hydrochloric acid medium at room temperature. The apparent molor absorpitivity was 1. 8× 1 05L· mol-1· cm-1 at maximum absorption wave length 500nm, The equation of regression for calibration graph was log Ao/Ai = 0. 04575 +1. 007× 10-3iCNH+ (ng · ml-1)in the concentration range of 20-80 ng · ml-1 with the relation coefficient r = 0. 9999 and the detection limit 5. 00ng· ml-1. This method had been applied to the determination of trace NH4+ in water sample with satisfactory results. The extraction and characterization of Litchi Chinese Red Pigment were also described.
