The Experience of WU Liang-cun for Treating intestinal cancer

吴良村教授认为正气不足是肠癌发生发展的内在原因,也是被邪毒伤耗的结果。正虚邪积为肠癌的根本病机。肠癌属因虚而致积、因积而益虚,本虚而标实之病证。在肠癌的病因病机中,除了正气不足外,最重要的便是热毒内蕴,而热毒内蕴势必耗气伤阴,临床多以气阴两虚为基础。吴教授结合辨证,按人体正气盛衰将肠积分为初中末3个阶段,治疗按此3阶段与攻补二法相结合,用药特点以益气养阴清热为本。"留得一分阴液,便有一分生机"。在治疗中,常以沙参麦冬汤为底,结合辨证,加减用药,尤善用黄芪、党参、生晒参、太子参、沙参、麦冬、石斛、玉竹、生地、天花粉等,以求"养正积自消"之功。此乃吴教授治疗肠癌特色之最,其之重要性可以说是贯穿治疗过程的始终。且吴教授很重视中医药配合放化疗治疗的阶段区别,加减用药,以期达到配合放化疗、减毒增效的治疗效果。
