中药细辛与藜芦配伍化学成分变化的UPLC/Q-TOF-MS研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:通过检测细辛、藜芦配伍使用前后所含化学成分的变化,研究传统中药理论"十八反"的科学内涵。方法:利用UPLC/Q-TOF MS BPI离子流图谱,分别绘制细辛单煎液、藜芦单煎液和细辛与藜芦配伍混煎液的BPI离子流指纹图谱,对图谱中分子离子峰进行分析,通过loadings确定差异分子离子,比较相同分子离子峰单煎、配伍混煎前后量的变化。结果:分别确定配伍混煎后细辛中有八个分子离子、藜芦中有十个分子离子峰峰面积变化超过9%以上。结论:从药理作用的物质基础研究,细辛"反"藜芦是具有一定道理的。 A new strategy using UPLC/Q-TOF MS that provides determination of chemical compounds variation between single and mixed decoction of Herba Asari and Veratrum Nigrum L is described for exploring the science of eighteen antagonisms in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory. Principal Components Analysis (PCA) is employed to analysis the variation of the molecular ion peaks for BPI ion current plots. Compared to single decoction,there are eigtht and ten compounds whose quantities were changed more than 9% of mixed decoction for Herba Asari and Veratrum Nigrum L respectively. The results supply the material basis for pharmacological action investigation.
