强肾胶囊治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症临床观察及机制研究

糖尿病骨质疏松症为糖尿病常见慢性并发症之一,对社会和个人危害极大,已成为21世纪的重大课题。观察了强肾胶囊对糖尿病骨质疏松症的防治效果,研究发现,强肾胶囊可明显地改善患者的临床症状,尤其是对倦怠乏力和腰膝酸痛,疗效明显优于对照组;在降低空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖方面,与对照组无明显差异;强肾胶囊还可改善患者的血液流变学指标,减少患者的尿钙排泄;强肾胶囊试验组骨密度值有所回升,但上升幅度不大,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为81.58%,而对照组总有效率仅为69.44%。
