摘要
目的:筛选超临界CO2流体萃取交泰丸组方中肉桂挥发性成分的最佳工艺,并研究萃取物的药效。方法:采用正交实验设计,以萃取物得率为指标,考察萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间3个因素的影响;采用小鼠自主活动次数、戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠实验研究萃取物的主要药效。结果:最佳萃取工艺条件为压力2MPa,温度60℃,萃取时间2h。由该方法提取的交泰丸具有较好的镇静催眠活性。结论:超临界CO2流体萃取技术用于交泰丸的提取是一种较为理想的提取方法。
Objective: To obtain the optimal extraction conditions of Jiaotai Wan by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method and study the pharmacologic effccts.Methods: the yield of extract was used as index to evaluate the technologies based on orthogonal design,in which 3 factors considered were extraction temperature and time and pressure; conscious -sedation trail of independent activity in mice were used to study the function of the extract. Results: The optimum extraction conditions was extraction pressure 20MPa,temperature 60℃, time 2h; The extract had good pharmacodynamic action of conscious - sedation. Concision: supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method is feasible for jiaotai wan extracton.
