229例托养老人入院情况分析

An Analysis of the Conditions of 229 Senile Persons In Admission to the House for the Aged

目的探讨社会托养老人的入院情况，并对相关资料进行分析，为社会福利事业的转型提供一些参考资料。方法对我院１９９１～１９９７年间，社会到我院托养老人入院情况进行初步分析。结果由于家庭因素而入院的老人占５５．４５％，其中生活完全不能自理的达７３．４％。因疾病因素入院的老人占３１．８７％，其中老年性痴呆、心脑血管疾病为第一、二位因素。结论传统的养老方式已不能适应社会的进步，解决好老年人，特别是残疾老年人生活中存在的问题，这就要求社会福利机构进行相应的转变，由单一型转变为多元化，集医疗、护理、康复为一体的福利机构。

Objective To research in the health conditions and the relevant background of the senile persons when they were admitted to the house for aged so as to provide a guideline for the future development of houses for aged  Method An initial analysis was conducted on the conditions of the senile persons upon their admission to the house for aged during the period of 1991 to 1997 Results 55 45% of those senile persons came to the house for aged due to their family problems and 73 4% of them entirely lost self-caring ability, while 31 87% came due to illness Senile dementia and cardio and cerebro vascular diseases were respectively the first and the second factors that affected the sick  ConclusionWith the development of the society, institutes of social welfare are required to provide services of treatment, nursing and recovering to the aged
